FREE online self-guided program for those seeking Quality Elder Care
Care Compass has created a self-guided program to address the challenges facing anyone who finds it necessary to obtain care for an elder, either for themselves or a loved one.
The program is designed in three Phases:
ONE - Use the links below to assess your Needs, identify your Concerns, and understand
the levels of care;
TWO - Go to the Directory page (click on tab above) and choose the Care Providers that
appeal to you for their location and/or what you learn about them from their website.
Contact them and make arrangements for a visit;
THREE - Access the appropriate Provider Research Questionnaire from the Directory page
and make copies for your visits.
Phase ONE -
Start by marking the important elements for your basic care on the list of
Then access Care Concerns (click HERE) to develop a sense of those care items
that are important for you and may be above and beyond basic care.
And finally, to match your Needs and Concerns with the proper level of care
go to Care Choices (click HERE) for a quick review of the services and practices
available from each level of care.
When you have completed this Phase, Click on the Directory tab above to go to Phase TWO.
